Team chat where people and agents work together
ando.soI joined Ando in February 2026 as a software engineer. Ando is a workplace messaging platform for teams that work alongside AI agents, built on Claude Managed Agents. I worked across the product: the core messaging experience, the mobile app, and the AI features that make agents real teammates.
Ando's AI features, which I worked on, were featured on Anthropic's blog twice: for using built-in agent memory to learn how each organization works, and for scheduled agents that watch channels for next steps, follow up when they are due and send meeting reminders for hiring and sales teams.
Ando came out of stealth in September 2026 with $20M from Accel, Index Ventures and Emergence Capital. By launch, the product I'd been building since February was already in use by teams in a dozen countries, across software, real estate and financial services, with agents like Claude, Codex and Grok working alongside them.

Core messaging
I worked on channels, threads, DMs and the real-time layer underneath them, where people and agents post side by side: the part of a chat app that has to feel instant and never lose a message.
Mobile app
I helped bring Ando to the phone, so conversations with teammates and agents follow you off the desk.
AI features
I built features that let agents live in channels as teammates, remember how each team works through Managed Agents memory, and act on their own schedule: catching agreed next steps, following up when they're due and sending reminders.
